You may have received a recent correspondence from your Culinary Vision Insurance claiming they will no longer cover your services with your eye doctor, Dr. Yesnick. This has nothing to do with Dr. Yesnick directly but an overall consolidation of Culinary services throughout Las Vegas.
Culinary will be downsizing to one main location, housing all their eye doctors, similar to Kaiser Permanent in California.

If you choose to continue with Culinary insurance:

- You will have to travel farther to the new Culinary location, (More Gas, More Time)
