Reviews
**Higher Management, Take Note** I was going to wait until I received the final version of my frames to post a review—too many times I’ve celebrated early victories only to be let down at the finish line. However, after today’s experience, I’m more than confident in waving the checkered flag myself and calling it a win for YESnick Vision Center. The experience started off on a high note. The staff greeted me promptly, warmly, and with professionalism. Everyone I encountered was knowledgeable, from the moment the machine farts air into my eye. Amanda you're AWESOME!! She was the first to witness the slight chaos from my son, and the slow reaction time to her instructions due to lack of sleep and frankly - being slow myself! But A1 service so far!! Espeacially when it came time I met the angel disguised as a doctor. Not only was she exceptional in her care, but she also managed to gracefully navigate the delightful chaos that my 3-year-old son brought to the appointment. My son has more energy than a Audi R8 Supercar - so, he wouldn't sit still, not even for Mrs Rachel. All you parents know what that means... However, not only did she have a really warm & professional vibe about her, but she was funny. Its rare to genuinely laugh in unexpected places; thanks for being unforgettable Dr. Alexandria Jones. Now, let’s address the hiccup. When it came time to order and size my new frames, things took a sharp turn south. Miscommunications, adjustments, and corrections piled up, and I found myself frustrated with a process that should have been seamless. Admittedly, I contributed some confusion with a switch, but the sheer number of corrections (more than five!) made it feel like the team was digging themselves deeper into a hole. Despite this, I’m leaving this review as a victory lap for the team, and here’s why: their dedication, kindness, and professionalism ultimately saved a sinking ship, and won me over. Special mention goes to Tom and his wife (Josie, I believe?). Their service was genuinely - adorable. Its okay to ask for help guys! It seems you guys are doing a lot, and I think orders can be placed late or miscommunication the office can arrive when demand outweighs supply. I suggest notes, & strict reminders from the staff. Set up alerts on EoD follow ups. Please don't call after hours, to offer a call back - only if the call will go to voicemail. But, let me be clear - they are wonderful and its clear they are great at what they do. Plus again, those two together make a ultimate unit of adorableness which is my kryptonite. Enter CJ & Michelle. CJ bore the brunt of my accumulated frustration today ( and it had been building since December), yet he listened patiently while I vented and, instead of giving me bad news, offered a thoughtful solution: a “loaner” while we waited for my glasses. It took me a moment to see what he was doing, but in hindsight, CJ had been working toward a solution all along. That’s the mark of exceptional service. Once I got done barking, I hadn't realized he called me to tell me more bad news, but rather to provide an "alternative" , and though temporary, it was the best he could offer and honestly perfect for me. At this point its out of their hands and now on Rayband. Michelle, great job when I arrived today. You made me feel seen and valued the moment I walked in today. Together, CJ and Michelle turned a frustrating situation into a positive resolution. YESnick Vision Center isn’t perfect, but their professionalism, heart, and commitment to making things right truly shine. Higher management should take note: this team is gold.
