The appointment was on time which was unexpected considering other appointments where I had to wait a half hour to an hour just to get into the examine room. Dr. Yesnick explained every step of the examination, The staff was friendly and very helpful. Confirmations and reminders were given by both phone messaging and email. Very satisfying experience.
